Steel framing is recyclable

Steel is a fully recyclable material, unlike many other building materials. The steel frame can be extracted from a steel frame structure when it is demolished at the end of its lifespan, and then recycled by melting the steel to create other steel products or even more steel framing.

Steel framing reduces site impact

Steel framing is immune to dry rot and internal warping, cracking, swelling and shrinking. For this reason, steel frames are extremely sustainable and durable.
