Dragon Labour Hire has supplied quality labour and carpentry services to a project site located in Eastern Creek, Sydney.

Prime Constructions is working on 'Calibre', set to be the pinnacle of industrial business parks at Eastern Creek. Less than an hour from the Sydney CBD, Port Botany Shipping Terminal and Sydney Airport, and midway between Melbourne and Brisbane, Calibre provides an exceptional distribution hub for the eastern seaboard of Australia, with fast direct access to B-Double approved roads.

Offering a development potential of over 120,000sqm of floor space, Calibre has direct and exclusive signalised access to the M4 and M7 motorways connecting the north, south, west and east. At the epicentre of Australia’s national supply network, Calibre is one of a select few industrial sites in Western Sydney to have its own dedicated multi-directional signalised intersection connecting to major transport routes and local roads.

Site Manager Martin Brightman said the industrial warehouse will be part of a 7-block complex and reported that the guys were currently working on the steel roofing and preparing the racking.

Calibre offers several advantages including the availability of over 120,000sqm of super prime industrial floor space; an advantageous location with unrivalled accessibility; proximity to a blue and white collar workforce; and the opportunity to have a fully customised workplace designed and built by Australia’s leading integrated property company.
