Pivoting door system is concealed within the door to create a two way door. It is suitable for kitchen entry doors in restaurants or traditional kitchen servery doors in homes. The spring mechanism is checked into the bottom of the door and offers a double action door closing system. Top pivot assembly is supplied with the system. Once installed, the closing system returns the door to the closed position quickly, creating a rapid In and Out door for waiter service traffic. Unlike the double action/bomber hinges available, the closing action of the KABA 503 is smoother and quieter. If hold open function at 90 degree position is required, then this must be specified when ordering the product.
