DMF International  announces insulated sectional doors as the new addition to its range of door solutions. These insulated sectional doors have been designed for use in loading docks and coolrooms as an alternative for sliding doors and roller shutters.

The insulated sectional doors are custome manufactured to size and provide temperature insulation combined with security and wind resistance. These sectional doors can be configured to suit available headroom clearance and can motor of manually driven.

Manufactured in Australia, the insulated panel sections of the insulated sectional doors are 50mm thick. The insulated sectional doors are fabricated from prepainted, hot dip galvanised steel with rigid CFC free polyurethane core.

The steel surface of the insulated sectional doors is continuously ribbed and stucco embossed and finished with painted baked enamel. This offers high durability and corrosion protection for moist applications while also providing security, high strength to weight ratio and high insulation benefits.

The motor driven option includes a controller and single phase DC motor, requiring no limit switches or safety edges, since the motor senses the loading and reacts accordingly. These are suitable for up to an incredible 33sq m of opening size.

Other options available with the insulated sectional doors include vision glazing, lifting handles and activation types for automated versions.
