DMF International introduces a new range of high speed freezer doors
designed to operate in the harsh environments of the deep freeze industry. Designed
and manufactured by Efaflex, the TK100 deep freezer high speed roll doors are
available in Australia from DMF International. DMF is the exclusive and
licensed agent for Efaflex.
The primary challenge for operating in the deep freeze industry is the development
of ice; any airflow around a door will cause ice to develop, hampering the
door’s operation.
The Efaflex TK100 high speed freezer door provides an almost hermetic
seal against the opening when in the closed position; combined with heater
elements within the door columns and the door blade, the freezer door is able to
eliminate any potential for ice development.
Key features of the Efaflex TK100 high speed
freezer doors include 100mm thick insulated lath, thermally separated door
blade, providing a U value as low as 0.74W/m2K; ability to withstand temperatures
as low as -30°C; impressive 2m/sec door speed; full safety sensors included as
standard; and emergency opening activated by a quick hand lever.
