DECO introduces a new decorative finishing DecoCrete that helps designers achieve the industrial look minus the weight, inflexibility and onsite logistics of using real concrete.
Achieve the natural aesthetic of raw concrete with DecoCrete’s highly durable, quality concrete finish in three colours including polished concrete, charcoal and light concrete. Available in textured and gloss finishes, the concrete look can be applied to any aluminium extrusion, flat sheet or architectural building product featured in the DECO range.
Recommended for both external and internal applications, DecoCrete is ideal for ceiling features, cladding, splashbacks and any other large profile application.
Similar to the other decorative finishes in DECO’s range, DecoCrete uses an advanced photo imaging sublimation technology to achieve the raw concrete effect.
The concrete effect is created by applying Super Durable powder coating to the aluminium substrate, followed by a realistic concrete-pattern film. The aluminium profile is then baked at high temperatures, enabling the sublimation inks in the film to transfer into the entire depth of the powder-coated surface.
