Clearmake  were proud to be a part of Australia's first Marine Industry Innovation Conference, held last month on the Gold Coast.  As a prelude to the world-renowned Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, the conference was a tremendous success, attracting almost 200 international and Australian marine buyers, manufacturers, builders, operators and executives.

As a result of the company’s extensive experience and success in the marine industry, Clearmake were the only water treatment and recycling solutions provider invited to participate in this inaugural event.

Clearmake first developed a marina recycling system in 2002 for Mackay Marina.  Since then systems have also been selected by the following marine service centres:

  • Rivergate Marina & Shipyard
  • Gold Coast Marine Centre
  • Runaway Bay Marina
  • Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard
  • Riviera Marine
“Vessel wash-down typically uses large volumes of water and produces large volumes of contaminated water, traditionally discharged to the local environment.  With increasing pressure placed on marinas and ship yards to conserve water and reduce pollution, a Clearmake treatment and/or recycling system is the ideal solution.  Plus a Clearmake system can also be easily configured to collect and treat runoff from hardstands and surrounding buildings, to further minimise mains water consumption,” says Clearmake Managing Director, David Lumb.

If you’re looking to reduce water consumption, protect the environment and comply with your local council, workplace health and safety and EPA regulations, contact Clearmake.  Proven success in the marine industry, Australian design and manufacturing and extensive industrial water treatment and recycling expertise are your assurance Clearmake is the right solutions provider for your business.
