The Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Damper is a precision designed damper designed to control volumes of air passing through air-conditioning or ventilation systems either manually or via an actuator. Made from galvanised steel or graded stainless steel, the Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Damper can be installed in conditioner housings, air plenums, inside air ducts or in-line flanged ductwork configurations.

Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Dampers have a premium quality, galvanised sheet steel construction, or for aggressive corrosive environments, can be made from stainless steel. Material thicknesses are minimum 1.6mm for frames and blades. Frames have an engineered design to ensure the Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Damper maintains a stable and rigid form during transport and site installation.

Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Damper blades do not exceed 1200mm in length or 165mm in width, and when in the open position, they are completely contained within the damper frame. The Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Damper shafts are stainless steel with nylon bearings, and all linkages contain machine quality formed brass blocks and are arranged to eliminate blade flutter. Low leakage motorised Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Dampers are fitted with stainless steel side blade seals to reduce air leakage.

Bullock MFG Model 6500 Air Volume Control Dampers are designed specifically to control airflows. For correct operation ductwork must be self supported and installed in compliance with AS4254 standards.
