Bondor FlameGuard panels are non-combustible sandwich panels manufactured with a core of mineral wool fibre recommended for use where improved fire performance is required.
Factory Mutual approved under FM 4880, FlameGuard non-combustible sandwich panels feature a mineral fibre core sandwiched between two sheets of pre-painted COLORBOND steel and are assessed as non-combustible under AS1530.1. The core is manufactured with fibres oriented across the thickness of the panel to maximise structural strength.
Suitable for application as fire proof wall panels and partitions, ceilings, and roof panels, these non-combustible sandwich panels have a cover width of 1200 and are supplied in lengths to suit handling limitations.
Bondor FlameGuard panels are available in thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm and plain, satin, or ribbed finishes.
