Leading Australian specialist in thermal and architectural building solutions, Bondor will launch their Building Information Modelling (BIM) software at the DesignBUILD exhibition being held 28-30 April in Sydney.

Visitors to the Bondor stand at DesignBUILD will get the first glimpse of the company’s entry into the BIM space, and also see the benefits of the new BIM program with examples of buildings that can be created using the software in both commercial and residential applications.

National Sales Manager Glen Roberts sees the DesignBUILD exhibition as the perfect opportunity to launch the BIM platform developed in partnership with two of the industry’s leading 3D software developers, GRAPHISOFT and Autodesk.

Mr Roberts explains that the BIM software will allow architects, designers and engineers to model Bondor products into their building designs. He observes that the new BIM program presents Bondor with the opportunity to further grow in the industry as a preferred supplier.

According to Mr Roberts, architects, designers and engineers using the software will discover the ease of incorporating Bondor products into their project right from the design concept stage.

GRAPHISOFT and Autodesk, two companies that hold exclusive share of the BIM market space, were engaged by Bondor following significant market research conducted with architects.

Bondor’s BIM software is set for completion by the end of May.

DesignBUILD attendees can find Bondor on stand G72 at DesignBUILD being held 28-30 April at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
