The recent upgrade carried out at Ku-ring-gai High School delivered innovative learning environments for the next generation of young minds.
The major upgrade project encompassed the refurbishment of 15 learning spaces across the school, including music and drama amphitheatres as well as the construction of a new multipurpose hall and two additional performing arts learning spaces.
With the infrastructure in place, the school’s teachers are now ready to provide high-quality learning experiences for their students to prepare them for the future.

For the at Ku-ring-gai High School upgrade project, Bildspec supplied easy-to-use, DDA-compliant operable walls that can be used to divide classroom learning spaces when required. Large format windows on these walls maximise light transfer and ventilation, allowing for an open, airy feeling, which is highly conducive to learning in classrooms.
The high acoustic ratings of these walls facilitate open learning spaces where children can imbibe knowledge in a quiet yet robust environment.
The multipurpose hall features larger format 3.8m high operable walls, enabling easy and flexible separation of spaces into open-plan, special purpose learning environments, or retaining the hall’s core state-of-the-art assembly, social and performing arts functions.
