Ausco Modular has installed several modular buildings at Western Australia’s Rockingham Montessori School to be used as a state-of-the-art learning centre.

The school sought a fast yet long-term solution for their expansion plans under the Government’s BER program, and Ausco Modular provided a tailored education solution to enhance the school’s offering to staff and students.

While the school wanted aesthetically pleasing and functional buildings for learning and administration, it also wanted students and staff to be comfortable. Disabled access and wide verandas were also required.

Ausco Modular designed a spectacular building with curved roofing which has since become the centre piece of the school’s landscape. The modular building design also included skylights for natural light and warmth.

The company ensures that all buildings fit seamlessly into existing architecture, utilities, and environments, and provides end to end service with building design, manufacture and installation as well as connection to utilities.

Ausco Modular created a complete learning and administration environment that features several separate learning areas and wide spacious air conditioned rooms with skylights.
