Alfresco pleated fly screens from Artilux Australia  have recently been installed in a stunning contemporary house in Castlecrag, Sydney.  The pleated insect screens were installed all over the house, including screening of bifold doors and louvre windows.

The Artilux Alfresco pleated fly screens spanning over 6 metres installed on bifold doors were key to the project. These doors opened onto the terrace that is also accessed from the living and dining rooms by another set of bifold doors. These doors were also covered with pleated fly screens. The fly screens were rebated into the floor, blending seamlessly with the timber doors which link the outdoors with the indoors.

With the Artilux pleated flyscreens installed, the home owners can now enjoy the most of their open plan living areas, including fresh air and an uninterrupted view over the stunning garden and pool.

Alfresco pleated screens offer an alternative to the spring loaded retractable insect screens in the Artilux range. Artilux focuses their attention to making the fly screens blend into the frames, respecting the architectural design of the house and bringing out the best of it by maximising the comfort and the lifestyle.
