A residential roof system from ARCPANEL was installed for the Pyang House project in NSW.

Designed by award-winning architect Tony Trobe, and built by Habitat Constructions with Northrop as the structural consultant, the Pyang House features custom roof panels from ARCPANEL, which are quick to install with superior span and cantilever capabilities.

ARCPANEL Custom Roof Panels

ARCPANEL custom panels combine a COLORBOND corrugated profile roof sheet with a COLORBOND corrugated profile ceiling sheet bonded on either side of a polystyrene (EPS) core. The top sheet is available in COLORBOND XRW, Ultra, Xtreme, Metallic Stainless Steel and Zincalume. These roof panels are suitable for use in cyclonic wind conditions.

ARCPANEL custom roof panels are ideal for use in residential, multi-residential, commercial office and retail buildings as well as for health and aged care, education, community, sports and recreation, entertainment, defence accommodation, social housing, train stations and infrastructure.

The ARCPANEL custom roof panel is a fully customised and complete roofing solution, featuring warranties up to 25 years; CodeMark certification for BCA compliance; superior thermal ratings up to R6.5; BRANZ Fire Certificate for BAL 29; unsupported spans up to 12.8m; and panel thickness range from 75mm to 250mm.

ARCPANEL custom roof panels are suitable for multiple roof types including straight roof, curved roof, multi-curved roof and bull-nose roof.
