ARBS, Australia’s only international air conditioning, refrigeration and building services trade exhibition, has issued a call for abstracts to be submitted for the 2016 seminar programme.

Industry professionals are invited to submit abstracts for the 2016 ARBS speaker program with applications closing on 30 November 2015. The ARBS seminar program presents an opportunity to share expertise, innovation and best practice with peers from across all sectors of the industry, and will run during the exhibition to be held in Melbourne from 17-19 May 2016.

The ARBS seminar program provides leading-edge education and networking for HVAC&R and building services professionals.

Abstracts can be submitted for a wide range of subjects including: Case studies and real-world applications; Future technologies; Innovation; War stories – what went wrong and lessons learnt; Hot industry issues; Energy efficiency/ green design; Emerging trends in building design, and the impact for HVAC&R; Sustainable applications; Regulatory and compliance issues; Standards and rating tools; Project and facility management; Legal and risk management; and Renewable technologies/ geothermal and alternative power. 

Abstracts can be submitted for a seminar, panel session or workshop, between 30 and 90 minutes in duration. 

The deadline for abstract applications is 30 November 2015. Provisional acceptance of abstracts will be completed by 21 December 2015 with full presentation and speaker biography to be submitted by 1 February 2016. The applicant will be notified of acceptance on 21 February 2016. 

ARBS 2016 will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, South Wharf, Melbourne, Victoria from Tuesday 17 May till Thursday 19 May 2016.
