Allplastics Engineering recently supplied folded white Alucobond cladding for the Ralan Homes project in Chatswood. Alucobond cladding was installed as slab guard decorative cladding.

Alucobond is an aluminium composite material (ACM) created with a polyethylene core and aluminium sheets on the sides.

Offering insulation, fire resistance and a decorative finish, Alucobond cladding can be used as a facade material and has virtually unbreakable properties. Featuring a very flat surface for outside applications, Alucobond cladding is available in different colours and textures.

Key advantages of Alucobond also include weather resistance, vibration absorbency, easy installation and shock resistance.

Recommended for facade cladding, walls, roof edges and fascia, Alucobond can be routed and folded easily.

Typical applications for Alucobond cladding include low rise architectural, high rise architectural, canopies and awnings, interiors and refurbishment projects.
