Bi encaustic cement tiles are suitable for any indoor area. Tiles may be used for shower bases; however, strong household cleaners and bleaches may affect the pigment of the tile. Therefore, a mild or PH neutral detergent is recommended.
Outdoor installation is not recommended due to the combination of harsh Australian UV light and moisture, which may leach the pigment. Covered verandas and walkways, which are protected from the elements, are possible.
