ACO Pipe from ACO Polycrete is a range of stainless steel, socketed pipe systems designed as an alternative to conventional PVC and HDPE pipework.

The elevated temperature strength of stainless steel makes this material ideal for applications in buildings and structures where fire resistance is critical.

ACO Pipe range has gone through extensive testing and received a number of international fire certifications. Manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel, these pipes not only provide excellent corrosion characteristics, but also high heat resistance.

ACO stainless steel pipes score over plastics such as PVC from an environmental perspective as PVC tends to emit toxic gas during a fire that can kill building occupants. Stainless steel melts at around 1400°C, whereas the average building fire is 1000°C.
