Woods Bagot principal and regional leader for Asia, Steve Trstenjak, has been selected to judge this years’ Dezeen Awards.

He will be joined by seventy-five other leading figures from the architecture and design world to select the most outstanding work in London this October.

With over 30 years of experience in the architecture industry—which has produced a varied portfolio, including infrastructure and large-scale urban masterplans—Trstenjak will be lending his expertise to the architecture sector.

Before joining Australian architecture firm Woods Bagot, Trstenjak worked at Harry Seidler & Associates and Foster + Partners as well as establishing his own practice, Blue Architects and Designers.

He has also spoken frequently at a number of conferences and at universities around the world.

Woods Bagot’s recent Australian projects of note include Tidal Arc House and the Adelaide Contemporary art gallery in Australia.
