EXAIR has introduced the new PEEK Pico Super Air Nozzle engineered to maximise the performance attainable from a tiny nozzle.

Delivering one of the smallest, most precise blowoffs available with an efficient, high volume, high velocity airflow, PEEK Pico Super Air Nozzle measures 16mm in length and has a diameter of only 5mm, allowing installation in space-constrained applications.

The PEEK thermoplastic construction of the air nozzles provides self-lubricating qualities with a low coefficient of friction to produce non-marring protection for sensitive materials. PEEK thermoplastic also offers excellent chemical resistance, allowing the nozzle to withstand the harsh environments found in chemical, plating, etching and metal cleaning processes or in marine environments.

It reliable construction allows use of the PEEK Pico Super Air Nozzle for blowoff, cooling and drying applications in general industrial or corrosive environments.

Key features of EXAIR’s Model 1109-PEEK Pico Super Air Nozzle include high amplification of airflow and strong blowing force of 142 grams achieved with minimal air consumption of 4.9 SCFM at 80 PSIG; high temperature limitation of 160°C; assured safe operation since the airflow cannot be blocked, which meets OSHA standard for dead-end pressure 29 CFR 1910.242(b); low sound level at 68 dBA meeting OSHA noise requirement 29 CFR 1910.95(a); CE compliance; and optional Type 316 Stainless Steel construction and NPT or BSP threading.

Distributed by Compressed Air Australia, the Pico Super Air Nozzle is designed to easily replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes.
