Salvage Group introduces a new range of engineered hardwood flooring by Hakwood.

A reputed manufacturer of high-end innovative hardwood flooring, Hakwood specialises in wide-width, long-length flooring products, all designed to meet the specific requirements of top designers and architects worldwide.

Edwin Hak, in-charge of product design and development explains that Hakwood specialises in custom made flooring because architects and designers want to work with the best materials without being limited in their choice of colour and finishing. Equipped with the required skills, machines and top quality products, Hakwood welcomes the opportunity to work with creative professionals on producing the perfect flooring to fit their design objectives.

The Hakwood collection of Dutch designed and produced hardwood flooring caters to a wide range of requirements and specifications. Made from responsibly sourced hardwood, Hakwood’s products offer the assurance of excellent quality and reliability.

Hakwood’s Duoplank, the current standard for wide width, long length engineered flooring features a wood top layer adhered to the highest grade Baltic birch multi ply to produce a dimensionally stable product. Available in planks or herringbone, Duoplank delivers the appearance of solid wood flooring, combined with the installation flexibility of an engineered floor.

Duoplank can be used with both underfloor heating and cooling, and is available in multiple grade and two thicknesses as well as multiple installation options.

Hakwood owner Mark Hak adds that they have taken the Duoplank engineered flooring, which is available in the large format of traditional Dutch planks, to the next step by applying innovative and exclusive textures and finishes.
