CBRE Group and Kahua have entered into a agreement, whereby CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services and investment firm in the world, will use the Kahua platform to manage a wide range of projects across its global client base.

For its part, Kahua is a collaborative project management solution that is designed to enable more effective project communication throughout the entire lifecycle of capital projects.

According to the company, Kahua will be used to connect CBRE with its global clients and their project teams, allowing applications, business processes and information to be shared across organisations and to manage capital assets.

“After careful review and testing, we determined that Kahua provides the premier global collaborative network for real estate and construction project management and plan to implement it internally and with our global customers,” says Sandeep DavĂ©, chief digital and technology officer for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business.

Through this agreement, CBRE and Kahua will also jointly develop application technology that will address the needs of real estate occupiers, owners, contractors, architects and engineers operating within the project management supply chain.

“Our strategic relationship with CBRE will further our mission to deliver value and productivity improvements to the real estate, design and construction industry,” says Scott Unger, CEO of Kahua.
