The Dulux Study Tour is once again inviting architectural professionals to apply for one of five exclusive spots available on the 2013 Dulux Study Tour.

Now in its sixth year, the 2012 Dulux Study Tour will travel to Shanghai, Barcelona and London.

All architects and graduates of architecture up to 10 years from graduation from the tier-two or five-year Bachelor of Architecture degrees are eligible to enter the 2013 Dulux Study Tour.

Entry into the 2013 Dulux Study Tour is a two stage process, with the first stage requiring entrants to answer four questions that will determine a shortlist that is selected by a panel, which includes the Australian Institute of Architects national President, Shelley Penn; the Australian Institute of Architects CEO, David Parken; EmAGN (Emerging Architects + Graduates Network) President, Jacqueline Connor; a 2008 Dulux Study Tour recipient, Andrew Donaldson; and Dulux General Manager, Phil White.

The shortlisted entrants will be notified to enter stage two, where a more detailed entry covering recent work needs to be submitted for the judging panel.

“The Dulux Study tour has countlessly been described as a ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity. During the tour, recipients are immersed in architecture in every sense, from visits to global architectural firms tot ours of renowned buildings,” said Dulux General Manager – Trade Division, Phil White.

Stage one entries are open until 26 September 2012 and the five successful recipients of the 2013 Dulux Study Tour will be announced at the Australian Architecture Achievement Awards 21st March 2013.

The Dulux Study Tour is a collaborative initiative between Dulux, the Australian Institute of Architects and EmAGN.
