A range of door seals from Kilargo was specified and installed at Eureka Tower, a 91-storey residential skyscraper with 556 apartments in Southbank, Melbourne.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects, Eureka Tower stands 297 metres tall. When completed in 2006, the skyscraper was the tallest residential building in the world. It is currently the third-tallest building in Australia and the second-tallest in Melbourne.

Kilargo seals were used on apartment entry doors as well as electrical and plant room doors to contain sound, smoke and draughts. Kilargo products installed at Eureka Tower included IS1212 Flexi-Wing perimeter seals, IS7090si perimeter seals, and IS8010si and IS8011si automatic door bottom seals.

This combination exemplifies a typical, proven selection of seals providing safety and comfort in residential high-rise buildings.
