Rapid roller doors are suited to the needs of clinical and hygienic manufacturing and processing facilities that often require a specialist solution for high use doorways, providing an efficient seal, easy cleaning, and fast automatic action.

The DMF Series RL3000 Rapid Roll doors have been installed extensively in the pharmaceutical, hospital, and clinical sectors. These doors are specifically manufactured by DMF International in Sydney, and supplied and installed all over Australia as well as exported into New Zealand and throughout SE Asia.

Key features of the DMF Series RL3000 rapid roller doors include fast operation at over 1 metre/sec opening, with programmed auto closing; HMI controller with absolute encoder positioning; door panels made from a flexible polyskin PVC for quick and quiet operation and available in a large choice of colours; interchangeable full width window section with additional horizontal windbars for further support if subjected to air pressures often used in processing conditions; and columns in exclusive clear anodised aluminium extrusion, with full front and rear brush sealing to the door blade – the columns can be powdercoated to suit the decor, or to provide more clinical protection.

To ensure the safety of personnel around fast action doors, multiple PE light beams are provided to prevent the door from closing if interrupted.

Various activation choices are provided to fully automate the door function. The DMF controller can also be interlocked with other doors, equipment and fire alarm systems.
