Aluminium Facade Systems announces the launch of their latest Australian-made interlocking aluminium facade system – ProClad LINEAR.
As a 100% Australian owned, designed and manufactured product, ProClad LINEAR not only provides the assurance of outstanding quality and fast lead times but also supports local manufacturing and the Australian economy.
The new easy-to-install interlocking aluminium cladding system is customisable to specific project requirements. Through a collaboration with the Alspec engineering R&D team, Aluminium Facade Systems creates job-specific custom profiles, using state-of-the-art 3D printed samples for approval prior to final production of the cladding system.
ProClad LINEAR is available in powdercoated, anodised and wood grain finishes; the wood effects are created using the unique technology of ezy HD2 by DFV Australia.
ProClad LINEAR is architecturally designed and engineered by experienced commercial facade professionals to meet the demands of today’s facade industry.
Key features include 100% solid aluminium construction to meet AS1530.1 and AS1530.3 standards, assuring 100% non-combustibility; prefinished system with minimal fabrication and intelligent design allowing simple installation; 100% recyclability adding to environmental credentials; and industry-leading warranty giving you confidence that your facade will stand the test of time.
Profiles
ProClad LINEAR is available in three profiles, each with a unique look and supplied as a complete system with components for fixing and corner details.
Empire: Ultramodern wide boards with a recessed shadow between each board
Urban: Striking with a sleek pronounced pleat between each board
Manor: Classic weatherboard appearance that is neat and elegant
All three profiles can also be custom designed to suit any project.
Finishes
ProClad LINEAR is available in Powdercoated, Anodised and Wood Grain finishes. All finishes are guaranteed to perform to the highest standards. Choose from a variety of 28 powdercoated options, 17 anodised options, and 9 wood grain options.
